XFN Tools

Noya lets people build their own collaboration tools without starting from scratch. I led product strategy, design, and development for a multiplayer whiteboard and digital asset manager, built as working examples of what the platform could do.

Alongside the apps, I built cross-platform UIs for real-time multiplayer editing and agentic document manipulation. These were reusable platform features: someone could build an app on Noya, then plug in collaboration and agents in seconds.

The whiteboard and asset manager made those capabilities tangible: working apps people could use, explore, and build on. I also migrated the UI from CSS-in-JS to TailwindCSS, improving application performance by 40%, and established visual regression testing to catch UI changes across the apps.
